6. Expend More Energy (burn more calories) Than Is Being Taken In (eaten)
Reduce consumption of calories, fat, sugar, and salt. Increase activity to burn more energy.
7. Good Nutrition prevent sickness and disease. Healthy bodies function better. Wise food choices do not make fat bodies.
